CHARTER
CSI, INC.
On October 15, 2019, the Commissioner of Financial Institutions (the "Commissioner") issued a Decision and Order approving the applications of CSI, Inc. for preliminary approval to organize a Hawaii financial institution and for final approval for a charter to engage in the business of a trust company pursuant to Chapter 412, Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS"). Therefore, the Commissioner hereby grants unto CSI, Inc. a charter to engage in the business of a Hawaii financial institution that is a trust company ("Charter") under the laws of the State of Hawaii pertaining to trust companies as now in force or as may hereafter be amended, including the fiduciary powers specified in Section 412:8-201, HRS, the use of the term "trust company," and the exercise of such other powers or privileges restricted to trust companies under applicable law.

The Commissioner of Financial Institutions, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, announced the award of the first non-depository trust company charter in Hawaii to CSI, Inc. ("CSI").
